Who Is LEE-Rocka?
LEE-Rocka is unarguably the most prominent Muslim Chinese rapper to ever bless the mic. Born and raised in Medan, Indonesia, he grew up immersed in hip-hop culture and has remained an avid student of the art form ever since. To him, rap is not just entertainment—it’s a movement with rich cultural roots that deserves to be respected and defended. For LEE-Rocka, hip-hop is far more than “drugs, sex, and alcohol.” It is motivation. It is healing. It is change.
Once battling drug addiction, LEE-Rocka made the choice to turn his life around. Today, he stands as a passionate anti-drug advocate, using his music and his story to inspire those facing similar struggles. His journey is living proof that redemption is possible, and that hip-hop can uplift rather than destroy.
His contributions to the culture have already made history. He was part of a landmark collaboration featuring 22 rappers that earned a place in the Singapore Book of Records, spotlighting local hip-hop talent on a national stage. Beyond Singapore, LEE-Rocka’s influence extends globally as a proud member of Battle Axe Global, standing alongside renowned names such as Madchild, Demrick, Swollen Members, and Mugg Shot.
Authentic, relentless, and unafraid to challenge stereotypes, LEE-Rocka continues to use his craft not just to entertain, but to empower—proving that hip-hop, when rooted in truth, can inspire greatness and spark real change.
